BUDDHIST PHILOSOPHY COURSE 1ST PROMOTION. SUMMER RETREAT of the 2nd to AUGUST 8, 2024, at Chu Sup Tsang Monastery.
From Chu Sup Tsang Monastery, under the spiritual guidance of our Master, Ven. Lama Geshe Tenzing Tamding, we invite you to participate in the Summer Retreat from 2-8 August this year. Six hours a day of teachings and discussion, with the opportunity to stay at the monastery and live with the teachers, monks, nuns, and other disciples at Chu Sup Tsang.
We will continue to study lorig (science of the mind), parchin (perfection of wisdom, the 5 paths and the 10 bumis) and Uma (Middle Way). In addition to tantra, following the text of Nga Salam.
The 1st PROMOTION COURSES have 2 annual calls: at Easter (1st call) and from 2 to 8 August (2nd call). (1st PROMOTION: beginning in 2009)
PRICES: STUDENTS FCST: 30 €/DAY NON-STUDENTS FCST: 50 €/DAY

In this course the subject of the Five Great Themes is studied, continuing the studies that began in 2009. The subject taught is at an advanced level.
The following books should be kept: 
1. Prayer book to be used at the Retreat (it is advisable to buy it in order to be able to follow the reading of the prayers):‘Prayer book for before and after the teachings and the debate’. 2. Draft book of the teachings given in the previous course from 28-31 March 2024. This draft book will be available for purchase at the Monastery at the end of March 2024.
